Warranty Disclaimer For Products Sold By Engine Parts Canada Ltd.
NOTE: In the following disclaimer the terms “We” and “Us” refers to the Seller, Engine Parts Canada Ltd.
Products not sold as product brand described as “EPC”
With the exception of products sold and invoiced as the brand known as “EPC”, We (Engine Parts Canada Ltd.) do not warranty any items sold by us. The manufacturers provide warranties for their products. Any defect or damage caused by the manufacturing or design of any item is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions for any product you purchase from us.
Processing a Warranty Claim
As a complimentary service, we often assist our customers with their warranty claim & return for an item purchased from us within the warranty period and terms set out by the manufacturer or primary distributor. We may at our discretion assist you with opening a warranty claim and facilitating a return on your behalf with the manufacturer or primary supplier for a product you have purchased from us. To initiate a warranty claim, and request this service, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form from below. Email a completed copy of the form with a copy of your original purchase invoice to sales@epcparts.ca.
Replacement, refund or credit will be issued within 30 days to you (the customer) only after the warranty claim has been successfully settled under the warranty process administered by the product manufacturer.
Shipping costs to deliver the product to an Engine Parts Canada Ltd. facility, or the manufacturer’s facility for the purpose of inspection of the item or return of the item will be at the expense of the purchaser(You) of the product.
Products sold as and labeled as the brand name “EPC”
Products supplied as the brand “EPC” are guaranteed by warranties specific to each product model. Such warranty terms are not in the scope of this document. Please refer to the warranty terms document shipped with the product, or contact Us for declaration or clarification of the warranty for the product in question.
Processing a Warranty Claim for EPC branded products
In the case of a fault or damage of a product related to the manufacturing of the item, Engine Parts Canada Ltd. will cooperate to administer a warranty claim process. Such cooperation does not guarantee approval of the claim, until approval is declared by an authorized representative of Engine Parts Canada. To open a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form from below. Email a completed copy of the form with a copy of your original purchase invoice to sales@epcparts.ca.

Labour claims associated with product warranty
Engine Parts Canada Ltd. covers a maximum of $65.00/hour on approved labour.
Items missing or damaged in relation to shipping
If you find any irregularities when receiving an item shipped to you, be sure to clearly note this when signing for the shipment. We also recommend taking photographs and emailing them to sales@epaparts.ca immediately to manifest a dated record. Please call us as soon as possible to discuss arrangements to resolve the shortage or damage to the item.
